1. Ordering & Delivery

  • Orders are accepted for delivery only within Heriot-Watt University and nearby student residences.

  • We aim to deliver hot and fresh within the estimated time, though delays may occur during peak periods.

2. Payment

  • Payments are accepted online by card.

  • All prices shown include VAT where applicable.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. Once preparation begins, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

  • If something is wrong with your order, please contact us immediately — refunds are handled at our discretion.

4. Allergies & Food Safety ⚠️

IMPORTANT: If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us BEFORE placing an order.
